يقول تعالى:“إن الصلاة كانت على المؤمنين كتاباً موقوتاً ” }سورة النساء{
ويقول تعالى :“إن الصلاة تنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر ولذكر الله أكبر والله يعلم ما تصنعون ”
}سورة العنكبوت{
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم :“من حافظ عليها كانت له نوراً وبرهاناً ونجاة يوم القيامة ” }أخرجه أحمد{

1-Allah says:"Prayer at fixed hours has been enjoined upon the believers" (an-Nsa')
2-Allah Says " Recite that which hath been inspired in thee of the Scripture, and establish worship. Lo! worship preserveth from lewdness and iniquity, but verily remembrance of Allah is more important. And Allah knoweth what ye do
Al-Ankabut
3-The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: "Keep out of light and he had proof and the survival of the Day of Resurrection"

الدليــــــــــــل
1- تجب على المسلم لقوله تعالى :“بنى الإسلام على خمس ” وذكر منها الصلاة . }أخرجه البخارى{
2- تجب على المسلم العاقل البالغ لحديث السيدة عائشة عن النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم :“رفع القلم عن ثلاث : النائم حتى يستيقظ ،وعن الصبى حتى يحتلم ،وعن المجنون حتى يعقل ” }أخرجه أحمد{
who must pray?
1-Obligatory for a Muslim says: "Islam is built on five" and he mentioned the prayer. Narrated by Bukhari} {
2- Prayer is obligatory upon every sane.adult Muslim 'Aishah related that the Messenger of Allah
upon whom be peace ,said "The pen is raised for three (meaning :there is no obligation upon three)
one who is sleeping until he wakens.,the child until he becomes an adult ,and one who is insane
until he becomes sane" Narrated by Ahmed

مواقيت الصلاة
الدليــــــــــــل
للصلاة أوقات محدودة قال تعالى :“ إن الصلاة كانت على المؤمنين كتاباً موقوتاً“ }سورة النساء{
وأوقاتها المجملة فى القرآن قال تعالى :“أقم الصلاة لدلوك الشمس إلى غسق الليل وقرآن الفجر ” }سورة الإسراء{
أوقاتها فى السنة قال صلى الله عليه سلم :“ وقت الظهر إذا زالت الشمس،وكان ظل الرجل كطوله ما لم يحضر العصر، ووقت العصر ما لم تصفر الشمس ، ووقت المغرب ما لم يغيب الشفق،ووقت صلاة العشاء إلى نصف الليل الأوسط ، ووقت صلاة الصبح من طلوع الفجر ما لم تطلع الشمس ، فإذا طلعت الشمس فأمسك عن الصلاة ، فإنها تطلع بين قرنى الشيطان ” }أخرجه مسلم{
The times of the Prayer:
1- Each prayer has it's own particular time at which it must be performed.Says
Allah,"Prayer at fixed hours has been enjoined upon the believers" (an-Nsa')
2-The Qur'an itself points to these different times .Allah Says:"Establish prayer at the setting
of the sun until the dark of the night, and (the recital) of the Qur'an at down .Lo! The recital of the Q
Qur'an at dawn is ever witnessed . (al-Isra')
3-And from sunnah .. Abdullah ibn 'Amr reported that the Messenger of Allah , upon
whom be peace, said:"The time of the noon prayer is when the sun passes the meridian
and a man's shadow is the same length as his height .It lasts until the time of the afternoon prayer.
The time of the afternoon prayer is until the yellowing of the sun (during its setting)
The time of the evening prayer is as long as twilight .The time of the night prayer
is to the middle of a night of medium duration.And the time of the morning prayer
is from the appearance of the dawn until the time of sunrise.When the sun rises, abstain
from praying, as it raises between the horns of Satan " (Related by Muslim)

مسائل فى أوقات الصلاة
الدليــــــــــــل
1-استحباب الإبراد بالظهر فى شدة الحر قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“إذا اشتد الحر فأبردوا بالصلاة ” }أخرجه أحمد{
2-وقت العصر يدرك بركعة قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ من أدرك ركعة من العصر قبل أن تغرب الشمس فقد أدرك العصر ” }أخرجه البخارى{
3-استحباب تأخير العشاء إلا لمصلحة لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم لما أخرها :“ إنه لوقتها لولا أن أشق على أمتى“}أخرجه مسلم{
4-المبادرة بالفجر لأن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يصليها بغلس قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ أصبحوا بالصبح فإنه أعظم لأجوركم“ }أخرجه أحمد{
5- إدراك الوقت بركعة قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ من أدرك ركعة من الصلاة فقد أدرك الصلاة“ }أخرجه البخارى{
وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ من نام عن صلاة أو نسيها فليصلها إذا ذكرها ” }أخرجه مسلم{

2-The prophet,upon whom be peace said:"Whoever catches one rak'ah of the afternoon
prayer before the sun sets and then prays the remainder of the prayer after the
sun has set not missed the afternoon prayer"

تصلى لذوات الأسباب فى أوقات النهى - قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فلا يجلس حتى يصلى ركعتين ” }
أخرجه البخارى{ – وهذا عام فى الأوقات
- وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ يابنى عبد مناف لا تمنعوا أحداً طاف بهذا البيت وصلى أى ساعة شاء من ليل أو نهار“ }أخرجه أحمد{

1- بعد الفجر إلى طلوع الشمس
2- بعد العصر إلى غروب الشمس قال صلى الله عليه وسلم :“ لا صلاة بعد العصر حتى تغرب الشمس ، ولا صلاة بعد الفجر حتى تطلع الشمس“ }أخرجه البخارى{
3- إذا قام قائم الظهر
4-من طلوع الشمس حتى ترتفع قيد رمح
5- حين غروبها حتى تغرب كاملة
- The times Which the Prayers are prohibited
1- After the morning prayer until the sunsite.
2-And after the afternoon prayer until the sun sets.
The propet,Upon whom be peace, Said "There is no prayer after the afternoon prayer until the sun goes downThere is no prayer after the morning prayer until
the sun rises " Related by al-Bukhari "
3-If the existing back
4-From sunrise until the rise of a spear
5- Even when the sunset sets full
